Pregnancy & Recovery Arc Mildura (PRAM) is seeking compassionate community volunteers to help provide practical, emotional and peer support to women and families throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum and times of loss.
We believe every mother deserves to be supported, seen and cared for. We also recognise the important role that partners, fathers and the wider community play in supporting families during this season of life.

Parent Mentors and Support Volunteers
Women and men with lived experience are encouraged to apply for volunteer roles including:

• Parent Mentors / Support Volunteers
• Fathers Mentors
• Bereavement Mentors
• Community Ambassadors

Formal qualifications are not required for these roles. We value lived experience, compassion, empathy, reliability and a genuine commitment to supporting women, babies and families. Volunteers will receive orientation, guidance and ongoing support from PRAM to help them confidently contribute to our mission of building a stronger village around pregnancy, birth, postpartum and loss.


Professional Volunteers and Advisors Welcome
We are also seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified professionals who are willing to contribute their skills and expertise, including:

• Counsellors
• Social Workers
• Psychologists
• Grief and Loss Practitioners
• Family Support Workers
• Community Services Workers
• Maternal and Child Health Professionals
• Other Allied Health Professionals​

Professional volunteers may assist with formal supervision, client support, consultations, referrals, education, mentoring and specialised care.
